PRESIDENT, DALWING ROOF CONSULTING Ltd.

Munro Williams is the director of Dalwing Roof Consulting Ltd, which is taking over the RAMP program from Elements for 2024.  Munro established Dalwing in March, 2015. Prior to that, he was a member of the building envelope consulting team at Williams Engineering Canada Inc., Edmonton branch, from July, 2008. He is specialized in roof consulting services, including roof condition assessment, failure investigations, preparation of technical specifications and drawings,  and quality assurance observation and documentation of roofing system application. He is experienced in both new construction and roofing system replacement projects. He is experienced with roofing systems including SBS modified bituminous membranes, built up roofing, thermoplastic membranes, EPDM rubber membranes,  sloped metal systems, and asphalt shingles.   Munro earned his NAIT Diploma in Architectural Technology in 1999,  his ARCA Accepted Roofing Inspector status in 2011,  and his Registered Roof Observed designation in 2014.

Cesar Sepulveda

Cesar has over 15 years experience in the roofing industry with 10 years working as a foreman.  Cesar is known throughout the industry as one of the most skilled and competent roofing applicators.  Cesar joined Elements Roof Management in 2021 and was highly involved with the Roof Area Management Program and travelled throughout Alberta to inspect roofs.

Rodney Perfecto

Architectural Technologist & Drafting Technician

Rodney possesses 14+ years of experience with AutoCAD. Rodney's experience includes the preparation of drawings for roofing, cladding, and the oil and gas industry. Rodney has gained insight into roof and wall systems while working for various architects, roofing, and cladding companies.  Rodney joined Wade Engineering in 2020 and produced drawings for both the building envelope department as well as the roofing department.  Rodney's responsibilities will be to complete all roofing detail drawings and their interface with wall assemblies.  In addition, Rodney's hands-on support of the Roof Area Management team will continue to expand his knowledge of membrane system detailing and repair strategies.

Allan C.King, P.Eng.

CONSULTANT

Al was the principal  of Wade Engineering Ltd. from its inception in 1986.  Al has over 30 years of roofing experience; as a roofing contractor (10 years) and as an ARCA Accepted Roofing Inspector (20 years). Al has inspected more than 100,000,000 square feet of roofing which has led to Elements Roof Management Consulting’s preventative maintenance program. This roofing experience has also influenced roof replacement specifications to include maintenance free detailing where possible.  Al also has significant expertise in building envelope and parkade membrane restoration. This experience allows best practices in connecting roof systems to the building envelope.  Al has been a member of APEGA since 1979.
